In contrast to the manual or semi-automated MP process, all essential process parameters are controlled and monitored by a programmable logic controller (PLC). The MPA PLC controls the material inputs and calculates the optimum material flows and process times. Fully automatically and with the support of an industrial robot, the required process additives such as water, glass beads, activator, copper base, promoter, zinc flash, plating zinc, passivation and other process contents are automatically and precisely metered in the optimal quantities. The individual process times are stored and controlled fully automatically. Fully automated process data monitoring reduces qualitative fluctuation margins to a minimum.
